Satisfying customers is our primary goal. If you are not satisfied with the items ordered from us, we will provide a one-time return refund (except for shipping).
In order to return the goods, you must notify our customer service within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order that we can process the refund of the relevant goods. Therefore, we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible after receiving the goods.
All returns will be verified upon delivery to the designated address. All items must be resold and shipped with the original packaging. A receipt can only be exchanged once. We will not accept non-original status, delivery after the deadline or unauthorized return.
If you decide to refund or exchange, please contact our customer serveice first.
- After receiving your return, you will be refunded after confirming the original status, and the relevant amount will be returned to the debited credit card within 7 working days. If you choose to exchange, we will send new goods within 2-4 working days after receiving your return.
- We will send you a notification email after we receive the return and process the refund/exchange.
- Please note that the actual refund time displayed on the ledger credit card account will depend on the card issuer's record. For enquiries, please contact the bank directly.
Retail prices will vary depending on market trends, inventory levels and consumer demand. Therefore, we are unable to return the difference.
